Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 

Despite all of the stress and chaos of planning dinners and wrapping gifts, I love this time of year because it reminds me to reflect on the progress I have made in a year and what I hope to achieve next. 

When you’re in the moment, it’s sometimes impossible to see the forest for the trees. The challenges we face as business leaders can quickly become an overwhelming burden because when we’re in the trenches, struggles tend to run together to the point where successes are obscured by the next fire we must put out. 

So, take a few minutes this Christmas and New Year to reflect on the good things you’ve done.  Celebrate your wins – acknowledge your progress. Your commitment to being the best in your field and willingness to step out of your comfort zone is nothing short of amazing, and you should be proud of yourself for continuing to push yourself to grow, even when the going gets tough. 

As we head into 2024, keep up that energy. Be your own cheerleader and invest in yourself, both professionally and personally. I bet you’ll be surprised how far you’ve come when we check back this time next year.
